After realizing his true passion was helping others grow, he sold the business to focus full-time on coaching and consulting. Today, Khris empowers leaders across industries—from small businesses to healthcare systems—with a focus on clarity, organizational health, and human-centered leadership. He holds a Bachelor in Behavioral Science, a Master of Divinity, and is completing his Doctorate in Organizational Health.
