However, Bayo was fortunate to work in a practice group that provided resources and support, including billing and administrative assistance.

Through careful preparation and planning, Bayo successfully transitioned to full-time private practice and created his own economy.

However, he felt restricted by the idea of working for someone else and being dependent on their schedule for progress. This realization fueled his determination to create a venture where he could work at his own pace and focus on areas that genuinely interested him.
